Responsibilities:
End-to-End Ownership: Lead ML and GenAI initiatives from initial scoping and model development through to deployment and continuous performance monitoring.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations, sales, and pricing teams to identify high-impact business opportunities and deliver strong ROI.
Model Development and MLOps: Build, validate, and optimise robust models using Python and SQL, integrating them into production-ready pipelines.
Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable data stories for senior leadership.
Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior data scientists, driving technical excellence and a culture of continuous learning.
Requirements:
Education: B. E. /B. Tech in Engineering/Computer Science (Minimum); M. Tech/M. A Sc in Quantitative streams (Economics/Math) or an MBA is highly preferred.
Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, modern ML frameworks, and hands-on experience with GenAI/Deep Learning applications.
Data and Cloud Infrastructure: Practical experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS), big data technologies (e. g., Spark), and SQL/NoSQL databases.
Soft Skills: Top-tier analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and excellent presentation skills.
