Job Title: Analyst-Curriculum Content Development

Job Purpose
The Associate Designer will be responsible for conceptualising, designing, and delivering high-impact graphic assets, engaging video content, and visual communication materials across multiple platforms. This role requires an innovative thinker with a highly creative mindset who proactively takes initiatives to transform complex ideas into compelling static and moving visual stories, ensures brand consistency, and elevates the organization's visual identity.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Graphic Design & Visual Branding.
Create visually stunning graphics for digital and print media, including comic style story designs, informative newsletters, interactive quizes and other internal communications.
Translate complex briefs and conceptual ideas into clean, impactful, and modern layouts.
Maintain strict brand guidelines while constantly pushing creative boundaries to keep designs fresh.
Build and maintain scalable brand templates in Canva and Adobe Photoshop to empower non-design teams while ensuring strict brand compliance.
Video Editing & Motion Graphics
Edit raw footage of pictures and videos and informative texts into high-quality, engaging short-form videos and long-form corporate or marketing videos.
Add motion graphics, transitions, kinetic typography, and sound design to elevate video production quality.
Format and optimize video content tailored to different platform specifications and audience habits.
Creative Innovation & Initiative
Brainstorm and pitch fresh visual concepts, storytelling formats, interactivce Quiz, events, and creative campaign ideas. Research design trends, viral formats, and emerging visual tools to keep the brand ahead of the curve.Take ownership of projects from initial concept through to final delivery without needing micro-managemen
Educational Qualifications:
Graduation: Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) / Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Arts (BA) / Bachelor of Business & Insurance (BBI) / Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS)
Post-Graduation: Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Master of Commerce (M.com) / Master of Arts (MA)
Experience: 2 - 5 years of relevant experience.
