Job Summary
The 3P Carrier Recovery & Claims Management Executive is expected to own end-to-end claims recovery from IN 3P carriers, including daily monitoring of Material Different Received (MDR) and Damage claims, coordinating with 3P carriers on evidence-based claim finalization, driving dispute resolution to closure, stakeholder management within and outside Amazon, rolling out new recovery SOPs, and publishing Daily/Weekly recovery reports. The job requires someone who has a larger picture of financial leakage minimization in mind and a high willingness to take ownership. The job requires a person who has skills in identifying patterns in claim data, scrutinizing evidence for dispute resolution, and foreseeing the financial implications of unrecovered entitlements.

Extract claims data/evidence/Video footage from internal systems and follow SOPs to prepare Daily/Weekly recovery reports tracking claim status, dispute aging, and recovery trends.
Online /Face to face coordinate with 3P carriers via calls, emails, ,meetings and evidence-sharing to finalize MDR and Damage claims and drive timely recovery. Resolve disputes by working with them
Trigger audits and evidence collection for disputed claims, ensuring carrier accountability for 3P-dependent losses.
A day in the life
Daily Activities: 3P Carrier Recovery & Claims Management Executive
Data Extraction & Reporting – Extract MDR and Damage claims data from internal systems, update recovery trackers, and publish Daily/Weekly reports on claim status, dispute aging, and recovery progress
Carrier Coordination – Initiate outbound calls/emails to 3P carriers (DLV, SFX, etc.) for claim follow-ups, share evidence packages (PODs, scan data, images), and drive pending claims to closure.
Dispute Resolution – Negotiate with carrier counterparts on rejected/contested claims, document responses, and escalate aging disputes breaching SLA to leadership with root cause summary.
Audit & Evidence Validation – Audit new MDR/Damage incidents for claim eligibility, validate evidence completeness (scan records, weight discrepancies, images), and coordinate with field teams.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistics
Experience with Excel
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SQL
