Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales | Relationship Manager role based in Bengaluru South. The role involves engaging with potential and existing customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions to understand their property needs and recommend suitable NoBroker.com services. The Relationship Manager will manage end-to-end sales cycles, including lead qualification, product explanation, pricing discussions, and closure, while maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships. Responsibilities include tracking leads through the CRM, achieving daily and monthly sales targets, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery, and providing post-sale support to enhance customer satisfaction. The role also requires preparing basic reports, sharing customer feedback for product improvement, and upholding a consultative, customer-centric approach in every interaction.
Qualifications
Strong Business Relationship Management skills to build, nurture, and retain long-term customer relationships.
Excellent Communication skills for clear, persuasive conversations in English and local languages, both verbal and written.
Basic understanding of Finance concepts relevant to pricing, payment plans, and property-related financial decisions.
Proven Sales skills, including lead conversion, negotiation, and achievement of revenue and performance targets.
Sales Management capabilities to handle pipelines, forecast performance, and manage multiple customer accounts efficiently.
Prior experience in inside sales, telesales, real estate, or consumer services is highly beneficial.
Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital communication platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a high level of ownership and integrity.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
