Description
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer with experience in technical support, troubleshooting, and cloud technologies to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving and customer-facing support skills, along with a good understanding of cloud environments such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
Knowledge or hands-on experience in AI/ML and related technologies will be an added advantage. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing logs, collaborating with engineering teams, and supporting applications/services in a cloud environment
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in Technical Support, Application Support, Cloud Support, or Production Support.
Good understanding of troubleshooting methodologies, incident management, and root-cause analysis.
Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform: GCP, AWS, or Azure.
Good knowledge of Linux/Unix environments and basic troubleshooting commands.
Understanding of networking concepts, APIs, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, and system/application logs.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge or hands-on experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, Python, ML models, or AI/ML platforms is preferred.
Exposure to monitoring/logging tools and cloud-native technologies will be an added advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced support environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Job responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications, services, and cloud-based environments.
nvestigate and resolve technical issues related to application performance, connectivity, configuration, and service availability.
Monitor systems, analyze logs, and identify the root cause of incidents.
Work with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure to troubleshoot infrastructure and application-related issues.
Handle support tickets/incidents and ensure timely resolution as per defined SLAs.
Collaborate with development, engineering, and other technical teams to resolve complex issues.
Perform basic application and API troubleshooting using tools such as Postman, cURL, or similar utilities.
Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and recurring issues in knowledge bases/runbooks.
Support deployments, configuration changes, and other operational activities as required.
Apply AI/ML knowledge to understand and troubleshoot AI/ML-based applications or services, where applicable.
Continuously improve troubleshooting processes and contribute to automation and operational efficiency.
