Essential Duties & Responsibilities: (Detailed Description)
ServiceNow ITAM Implementation & Operations
Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions
Manage Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and Cloud Asset Management
Configure asset lifecycle processes including procurement, receiving, deployment, maintenance, and retirement
Ensure accurate asset tracking and reconciliation across systems
