Hiring for Business Analyst Role for Gurgaon /NCR Location.
Role: Business Analyst - CBS(Core Banking domain)
Experience required: 7 to 15 years
Location : Gurgaon /NCR
Job Requirements:
Understand and analyze business requirements from banks and stakeholders.
Conduct requirement discussions and workshops with clients.
Prepare and maintain solution documents/user story and functional specifications.
Create, review, and execute test cases.
Support UAT and defect management activities.
Exposure and working in Core Banking applications like Finacle, Flexcube, Temenos will be added advantage.
Strong understanding of the Banking domain, including:
Customer Onboarding
CASA (Current & Savings Accounts)
Deposits
Loans
Cards
Guarantees
Payments & Transfers
Standing Orders
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Excellent prioritization, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
Proactive in identifying, communicating, and resolving project risks, challenges, and issues.
