Job Description
TCS is looking for experienced ServiceNow ITOM Developers with strong expertise in IT Operations Management (ITOM), Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, and platform integrations. The role involves designing and implementing scalable ITOM solutions, optimizing infrastructure visibility, enhancing service mapping capabilities, and building integrations across enterprise environments.
Key Skills Required
• Strong experience in ServiceNow ITOM Development and Administration
• Hands-on expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
• Experience configuring and maintaining MID Servers, Patterns, Probes, and Sensors
• Strong knowledge of CMDB, CSDM Framework, and Configuration Management
• Experience with CMDB Reconciliation, Data Modeling, and Data Quality Management
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow Scripting
• Hands-on experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer
• Experience building integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and Web Services
• Expertise in integrating ServiceNow with third-party monitoring and infrastructure tools
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow platform architecture
• Experience troubleshooting and optimizing Discovery and Service Mapping performance
• Knowledge of Event Management, Orchestration, and Automation workflows
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise ServiceNow environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
