Required Skill Set: : PL/SQL, UNIX, Blue Yonder
Location: PAN INDIA
Experience Range: 5+ years

Must-Have
Good hands-on Knowledge of SQL, PLSQL.
Good hands-on experience on Unix/Shell Scripting.
Work closely with IT, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Good Communication, Presentation and Client Facing Skills.
Good-to-Have
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to supply chain management and JDA Blue Yonder technology.
Configure and Support JDA Blue Yonder solutions including modules such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization and SCPO technology.
Provide ongoing support for JDA Blue Yonder application, troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and implement enhancements as needed.
Good hands-on experience on Supply Chain Processes
Experience in Pharmaceutical Supply Chain - Distribution business domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Checking for the jobs are successfully started/completed.
Improve Applications Performance.
Checking daily logs, system status of JDA application.
Running the batch jobs.
Troubleshooting of failed jobs.
Resolving technical issues and provide technical suggestion/solution.
Restarting the JDA application as per the user request.
Onsite Offshore team coordination
