Good experience working with numerous external teams to track and deliver solutions
Coordination with customer team for the Onboarding of applications to Akeyless platform
Creation and implementing change tickets
Production deployment activities
Production support activities for Akeyless including monitoring, key management, configurations etc
Maintenance and review of Knowledge Base Articles, KOP, DLP runbook
