Service Administrator – Wetherill Park
We are looking for a talented Service Administrator to join our Wetherill Park Service team.
This is parental leave cover contract running ideally from early October 2026 for 12 months, with the possibility of an extension.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Coordinate all aspects of service administration including opening work orders.
Manage service invoicing, job closures, and purchasing processes including purchase orders and accounts payable
Accurately process labour entries and support WIP/PIP management aligned with KPIs
Collaborate with internal departments and Customer Service Advisors to ensure smooth service delivery
Balance multiple tasks and deadlines while supporting branch and corporate performance targets
Provide backup support for the admin team during breaks, leave, or peak workload periods

To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Proven experience with Accounts Payable / Receivable within a service industry
Proven significant experience in fast-paced customer service, handling diverse inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with customers and stakeholders effectively
Exceptional organizational skills, prioritizing conflicting tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and expectations
Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Suite; training provided on other programs
Technical Experience is highly beneficial
