Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
Lead the development and implementation of project plans to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
Facilitate collaboration among diverse teams to foster a cohesive working environment and drive project success.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management.
Strong capability in stakeholder communication and expectation management.
Experience in risk identification, mitigation strategies, and issue resolution.
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex project schedules.
Skilled in resource allocation and budget management to optimize project performance.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Program Project Management.
This position is based at our Pune office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
