Talent Acquisition Manager

Position Summary
1. Develop and implement strategies for the recruitment of outstanding talents in order to contribute to the business performance.
2. 2. Set recruitment policies, standards and processes and hire and appoint outstanding talents who meet those standards to the required business organization, thereby reinforce the human resource competitiveness.
Role and Responsibilities
1. [Talent acquisition planning and strategy] Promote the establishment of strategies and recruitment plans by analyzing the status of business and technology trend.
2. [Talent sourcing] Manage the search activities for talents with required skills and experiences using various channels.
3. [Talent selection] Oversee the operation of the interview process and determine a successful candidate according to the evaluation criteria.
4. [Employment compensation negotiation] Determine proper employment compensation packages and manage the compensation negotiation according to the standards and procedure.
5. [Onboarding] Oversee the support for various matters in relation to the company entrance and early adaptation of new hires.
Skills and Qualifications
• Has a wide range of experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways
• Works on complex issues where analyzing situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variables. Exercises judgement in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria to obtain results. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and coordinates other's tasks
• May manage a group such as coordinating activities regarding costs, methods and staffing
• Typically requires at least 8 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years
