Position Purpose
Position shall support in the ESG Assessment and activities related to sustainability and governance.
Strategic Responsibilities
Operational Responsibilities
Support in the environment, sustainability and governance related assessment.
Assess the business’s future ventures to identify possible compliance risks related to the sustainability.
Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company related to sustainability reforms.
Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate.
Financial Responsibilities
Ensure complying with the annual budgets
People Responsibilities
Engage with the stakeholders and work on company’s future outlook, present stability, and environmental impact.
Provide support to all leaders in developing, implementing and monitoring company or organisational environmental strategies.
Education Qualification
Master's Degree in Sustainability and Business Administration
Industry Certification
Knowledge of business and management
Work Experience
1-2 years

Functional Competencies
Proven experience as compliance manager
Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
Business acumen partnered with a dedication to legality
Identifying CSR risks and upholding ethical standards.
Knowledge of CSR laws and regulatory frameworks.
Managing CSR budgets and ensuring transparent utilization.
Planning and implementing impactful CSR initiatives.
Preparing statutory and internal CSR reports.
Engaging NGOs, government bodies, and internal teams.
