Responsibilities
Act as the technical owner and escalation point to customer for Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management services
End to End Knowledge on managing and maintaining the Intune Platform for Device Man Microsoft Intune environment at L3 level
Create and maintain Intune based Configuration Profiles, Compliance Policies, Security Baseline, Conditional/Access Integrations, Application Deployment policies etc.
Support Windows Autopilot, Vulnerability remediation and compliance initiatives.
Maintain secure device configurations aligned with organizational standards
Drive automation through PowerShell, Graph API, and Endpoint Analytics
Monitor service health, compliance posture, and endpoint security metric
Own Level 3 incident resolution and support major incident management
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures
Ensure SLA/KPI adherence and service quality improvements
Define technical standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for endpoint management.
Troubleshoot complex device management and policy deployment issues
