Experience: 5 - 8 years
Location: Kolkata \ Chennai
Must-Have
Strong experience in automation testing using Selenium and Playwright
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript for automation scripting
Experience in designing and implementing scalable automation frameworks (Hybrid, BDD, Data-driven, Playwright)
Hands-on experience with API testing tools and frameworks (Postman/Rest Assured equivalent JS frameworks)
Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integration (Azure DevOps/Jenkins)
Experience in test case design, execution, and reporting
Expertise in defect management and root cause analysis
Strong understanding of Agile methodology and QA processes
Ability to lead teams and drive automation strategy across projects
Good-to-Have
Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
Exposure to cloud-based test environments (Azure/AWS)
BFSI/Insurance domain experience (preferred for RLG programs)
Experience in service virtualization and mocking frameworks
Familiarity with DevSecOps and quality gates in pipelines
Exposure to mobile or cross-browser automation tools
