Join the EMEA Compensation team and help shape pay programmes across a diverse and dynamic region. You will work at the intersection of analytics, regulation, and business strategy, transforming complex data and requirements into clear, actionable insights. This role offers exposure across businesses, functions, and countries while providing the opportunity to contribute to important regulatory and compensation initiatives. You will collaborate with stakeholders across EMEA and build deep expertise in compensation and reward.
As an EMEA Compensation Associate in the EMEA Compensation team, you will support the delivery of regional compensation priorities by providing analysis, insights, and advisory across a broad range of compensation and regulatory initiatives. You will partner with stakeholders across Compensation, Human Resources, Product, Technology, and Change teams to improve compensation processes, strengthen controls, and support informed decision-making. Your work will help ensure compensation practices remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with evolving business and regulatory requirements.
Job Responsibilities
Support regional compensation and regulatory initiatives, translating changing requirements into clear plans, processes, and guidance.
Develop and deliver reporting, analyses, and senior management materials that support compensation decision-making.
Partner with Compensation, Regulatory, Human Resources, Product, Technology, and Change teams to implement new programmes and process enhancements.
Simplify complex compensation changes through effective communications tailored to Human Resources teams, managers, and employees.
Monitor delivery milestones, compliance obligations, and project outcomes, identifying risks and recommending solutions.
Contribute to regional priorities, including pay transparency initiatives, country compensation reviews, and compensation-related regulatory requirements.
Support the development and enhancement of compensation analytics, reporting, tools, and controls.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across EMEA and share insights that support broader compensation strategies.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and strengthen operational effectiveness.
Participate in compensation projects and regulatory change initiatives across multiple countries.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Experience in Compensation, Human Resources, Finance, Consulting, or another analytical environment.
Strong analytical and data management skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and generate actionable insights.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to senior audiences.
Effective stakeholder management and consulting skills with a collaborative, business-focused approach.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail, operational discipline, and discretion when handling confidential information.
Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Knowledge of compensation governance, regulatory frameworks, or reward programmes.
Experience supporting compensation, regulatory, or Human Resources transformation initiatives.
Familiarity with pay transparency regulations or compensation reporting requirements.
Experience with business intelligence, data visualization, or reporting tools.
Exposure to automation, artificial intelligence, or analytics solutions, such as Alteryx or Tableau.
Experience working within a multinational or matrixed organization.
