Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Talend Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data integration and ETL processes using Talend. ESB knowledge is a must, experience in ESB is preferred. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data solutions that meet our business needs. Your expertise in Talend will be crucial in ensuring the successful execution of our data projects.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain ETL & ESB processes using Talend.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Optimize existing data integration processes for performance and reliability.
Conduct data quality assessments and implement data cleansing strategies.
Document technical specifications, processes, and workflows.
Provide support and troubleshooting for data integration issues.
Stay updated with the latest Talend features and best practices.
Mandatory Skills
Strong expertise in Talend (ETL, ESB, Data Integration).
Experience with data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with cloud data integration (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in data integration and ETL & ESB development using Talend.
Relevant certifications in Talend or data management are a plus.
