We’re hiring a customer-centric Product Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments. You'll work closely with founders to drive product discovery, user research, analytics-led decision making, and end-to-end product execution.
🧩 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼
Own product initiatives end-to-end, from customer discovery and problem identification to launch, iteration, and adoption
Conduct user research, customer interviews, and feedback sessions to uncover insights and validate opportunities
Analyze product and user data to identify trends, prioritize opportunities, and measure impact
Define and execute product experiments, iterate quickly, and drive improvements across key product metrics
Collaborate closely with design and engineering to deliver intuitive, user-centric product experiences
Scope new features and enhancements using customer insights, usage data, and market understanding
Work directly with founders and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment

3+ years of Product Management experience in fast-paced, product-led environments
Strong experience in customer research, user interviews, and translating insights into product decisions
Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using product analytics to drive prioritization and growth
High ownership and bias for action, with the ability to take products from discovery to launch
Strong collaboration with design and engineering teams to build intuitive user experiences
Hands-on experience with tools such as Figma, Mixpanel, Amplitude, and Linear/Jira
