Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for software development.
Assist in the documentation and communication of application design and functional specifications.
Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project tasks.
Continuously monitor and improve application performance and reliability through proactive problem-solving.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Monitoring & Tools.
Strong analytical skills to assess application requirements and troubleshoot issues effectively.
Experience with software design principles and application lifecycle management.
Ability to work with various monitoring tools to ensure system health and performance.
Good communication skills to facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with business process workflows and how software solutions can optimize these processes.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Monitoring & Tools.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
