Role Description The Inside Sales Associate - L1 (Freshers) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. In this position, the associate will engage with potential and existing customers via phone and digital channels to understand their property needs and explain NoBroker.com’s services and solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, following up on inquiries, providing product information, and supporting customers through their property-buying, renting, or service-request journey. The role involves maintaining accurate records of interactions and conversions, collaborating with team members to meet sales targets, and ensuring a positive customer experience at every touchpoint. The associate will also gather customer feedback and share insights to help improve processes and offerings.
Qualifications
Ability to perform Inside Sales activities, including outbound and inbound calls and consultative selling.
Skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on clear communication and relationship building.
Capability in Lead Generation and basic Account Management to track prospects, follow up, and support ongoing customer needs.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and other sales-related software; basic computer proficiency is required.
Excellent spoken and written communication in English; proficiency in Hindi and/or local languages of Bengaluru is an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with high levels of ownership and accountability.
Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
