Vice President - Project Development

As the GM of Project Development, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of Essar Metals and Mining LLC FZ's DRI department. Your primary focus will be on overseeing and executing strategic projects, ensuring they align with the company's vision and goals. You will collaborate closely with various teams and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions and drive operational excellence.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree.
Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record in the metals and mining industry.
Demonstrated success in leading and managing complex projects from conception to completion.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or similar platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Lead and manage the project development team, providing strategic direction and guidance.
