Project Development

The Project Development General Manager will play a crucial role in the company's DRI/HBI division, focusing on project management and strategic planning. The General Manager will work closely with the leadership team to align projects with the company's vision and goals, ensuring efficient and effective execution.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record in the steel or metallurgical industry.
Demonstrated success in leading and managing complex projects, preferably in the DRI/HBI sector.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project or similar applications.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Lead and manage a team of project managers and engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.

Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from concept to completion, including design, engineering, construction, and commissioning.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Conduct regular project reviews and progress assessments, identifying and mitigating risks and challenges.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, promoting a culture of safety within the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and marketing, to integrate project objectives with overall business strategies.
