We are looking for an experienced Campus Recruiter to drive campus hiring initiatives across the region and build strong relationships with colleges, universities, and academic institutions. The role involves managing end-to-end graduate hiring, enhancing employer branding, engaging with students and stakeholders, and ensuring achievement of campus hiring targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead regional campus hiring for Engineering, Management, Science, Design, ICAI, ICWAI, and other graduate programs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with placement teams, faculty members, and institute representatives.
Design and execute pre-offer and post-offer student engagement initiatives to improve joining ratios.
Plan and coordinate campus drives, recruitment events, internships, and student outreach programs.
Collaborate with business units and leadership teams to support niche and emerging technology hiring requirements.
Drive employer branding initiatives and promote participation in flagship talent engagement programs.
Analyze recruitment trends, market intelligence, and hiring metrics to enhance campus hiring effectiveness.
What We're Looking For:
4+ years of experience in Campus Hiring, University Relations, or Talent Acquisition.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Experience managing large-scale campus recruitment programs and student engagement activities.
Ability to work closely with business leaders and academic institutions to meet hiring goals.
