Role Description The Junior Manager role is a full-time, hybrid position based in the Pune Division, with a mix of on-site and work-from-home responsibilities. This role involves coordinating daily operations within a designated business unit or function, tracking performance metrics, and supporting timely execution of projects and initiatives. The Junior Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, prepare reports, and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards. Responsibilities include supporting resource planning, assisting in stakeholder communication, and contributing to problem-solving and continuous improvement activities. The role also requires maintaining accurate documentation, using data to inform decisions, and providing regular updates to senior managers on progress and risks.
Qualifications
Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort with data, reporting tools, and basic business metrics to support decision-making.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present information clearly to stakeholders.
Foundational understanding of operations, supply chain, manufacturing, or automotive/industrial domains; prior internship or 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with business or ERP systems; ability to quickly learn internal tools and processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage but not mandatory.
Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and a mindset aligned with safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a diverse, inclusive work environment.
