Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will handle day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee lifecycle documentation, and HR data management. The role involves supporting employee relations by addressing queries, coordinating engagement initiatives, and assisting in conflict resolution in line with company values. The executive will help implement and maintain HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws and internal standards, and collaborate with business leaders on workforce planning and performance management processes. The position also includes preparing HR reports and metrics, partnering with cross-functional teams on HR projects, and contributing to continuous improvement of HR practices to support a large, dynamic workforce.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management for effective workforce planning, talent processes, and HR decision-making.
Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations for managing onboarding, documentation, HRIS updates, and routine HR administration.
Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations for handling employee queries, supporting engagement programs, and facilitating issue resolution.
Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies for interpreting, implementing, and communicating policy frameworks and regulatory compliance.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across remote and distributed teams.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Office or similar tools, and comfort working with HR data and reports.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
Prior experience in HR roles within large, process-driven organizations or manufacturing/automotive sectors is beneficial.
