QAD Devloper

**Job Title:** QAD Developer

**Experience Level:** Mid-level (3–5 years)
**About the Role**
We're looking for a QAD Developer to design, build, and support automation solutions on the QAD ERP platform. You'll work closely with functional and technical teams to streamline business processes across manufacturing, supply chain, and finance modules.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and customize QAD applications using QXtend, Progress 4GL, .NET UI, and related QAD tools
- Design and implement automation workflows to reduce manual processes across QAD modules
- Build and maintain integrations between QAD and other enterprise systems (EDI, APIs, middleware -BOOMI )
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing QAD customizations and automation scripts
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Document technical specifications and maintain solution architecture
**Qualifications**
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with QAD ERP (QAD Enterprise Applications / QAD Adaptive ERP)
- Proficiency in Progress 4GL, QXtend, and QAD .NET UI
- Experience building automation solutions or process integrations within QAD
- Familiarity with progress databases, and reporting tools
- Understanding of manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain business processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work directly with end users
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
**Nice to Have**
- Experience with QAD Cloud ERP
- Knowledge of EDI standards and B2B integrations
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
