Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle PeopleSoft General Ledger, Oracle PeopleSoft Commitment Control.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with PeopleSoft PeopleTools.
Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Ability to design and implement scalable software components within enterprise systems.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues.
Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow between enterprise applications.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle PeopleSoft General Ledger.
This position is based at our PDC3B - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
