Manage learning solutions, including activities such as registration, vendor management, product support, learning management system. What are we looking for?

2+ years of experience in Learning Administration, Scheduling, HR operations, or a coordination or support role.
Exposure to LMS platforms SuccessFactors & ClearXP)"
Bachelors degree (B.A or B.Com or B.Sc or B.Tech or equivalent).
"Must be open to Australian shift timings:
(9 am to 5 pm) Australian time" Roles and Responsibilities:

Support scheduling and coordination of internal and external learning programs.
Update and maintain Learning Management Systems (LMS) including course setup, enrollments, attendance, and completion tracking.
Coordinate with instructors, trainers, vendors, and facilities to confirm training logistics.
Book training venues, virtual sessions, and required learning resources as per schedules.
Respond to learning administration and scheduling queries within defined timelines.
Communicate training schedules, changes, and updates to stakeholders accurately and on time.
Monitor schedules and escalate conflicts or issues to the Scheduling Team Lead when required.
Maintain learning records, reports, and documentation with high accuracy.
Perform basic reporting on training activities and participation metrics.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within learning administration processes."
