Job Description
Maintain project trackers, schedules, milestones, and project administration records to support effective project delivery.
Coordinate project documentation, including work packs, RAMS, permits, handover packs, customer submissions, and document control activities.
Manage site access requests, timesheet administration, project records, and compliance documentation in accordance with customer requirements.
Liaise with customers, engineers, suppliers, subcontractors, logistics teams, and internal stakeholders to support project execution.
Track project materials, equipment, logistics schedules, customer deliverables, and project progress, escalating issues and delays as required.
Support SHEQ compliance, maintain audit-ready records, and ensure timely completion of project deliverables through effective project coordination and administration.
