Job Description
Role: PhonePe is hiring a Public Relations Manager to drive and shape the company’s external communications narrative. This role calls for a sharp writer and confident communicator with hands-on experience across both corporate and agency environments. Experience leading external communications for a startup will be an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities
Work closely with the PR head and the other business stakeholders to close PR calendar
Independently conceptualize and plan PR campaigns, analyze results and suggest improvements
Ensure end-to-end execution of the campaigns and announcements
Manage and track the output of the external agencies
Built strong cross-functional relationships both with internal and external stakeholders
Be an advisor to the leadership team and internal stakeholders on the right messaging, forums and channels to use
Create compelling stories using long form and various digital formats of writing.
Qualifications
Pre-requisites:
A postgraduate degree or diploma in communications
Minimum 6-7 years’ experience in a corporate communications / public relations role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good understanding of the media landscape
Ability to identify and work with external partners and agencies
Should be able to multitask seamlessly and manage multiple projects
Good organizational and time-management skills
Must be a team player who is eager to learn and grow.
