Job Requirements*
6+ years of hands-on experience in Python development.
Strong expertise in Python libraries including requests, httpx, asyncio, structured logging, debugging, and code optimization.
Experience integrating and consuming REST APIs.
Hands-on experience with:
Meraki Dashboard API
Datadog API
PagerDuty Events API v2
ServiceNow REST/Table APIs
Strong understanding of event-driven automation frameworks and architectures.
Experience implementing:
Idempotency mechanisms
Retry and backoff strategies
Rate-limit handling
Dead Letter Queue (DLQ) patterns
Experience working with Datadog monitors, pipelines, event processors, and alert automation.
Experience with PagerDuty incident automation workflows.
Experience integrating ServiceNow Incident Management and CMDB platforms.
Hands-on experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD platforms such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
Strong understanding of JSON schemas, payload mapping, API contracts, and correlation identifiers.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
