About Position:
We are seeking a Python Developer who has strong hands-on experience with Python Programming. Having experience with Devops, CI/CI, Grafana, good to have exposure in Automation testing as well.

What You'll Do:
Design, build, and support scalable data pipelines and cloud-native platforms.
Develop and maintain CI/CD automation frameworks and deployment pipelines.
Implement DevOps and DevSecOps practices across software delivery lifecycles.
Build automation solutions using Python and related scripting technologies.
Monitor platform health, performance, and availability using Grafana and observability tools.
Perform troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and incident resolution.
Collaborate with product teams and clients to deliver reliable, automation-driven solutions.
Implement secure coding practices and vulnerability management processes.
Support production environments and ensure platform reliability and scalability.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for automation, deployment, and monitoring processes.
Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to platform modernization efforts.
Develop and execute automation testing strategies and frameworks.
Expertise You'll Bring:
8 to 10 years of experience in Python, DevOps, Azure Cloud, Grafana, and Automation Testing.
Strong expertise in Azure Cloud services and cloud-native architectures.
Hands-on experience designing and supporting CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with DevSecOps practices and secure software delivery.
Strong Python development and automation scripting experience.
Experience with platform monitoring, observability, and Grafana dashboards.
Expertise in troubleshooting complex production issues and performing root-cause analysis.
Strong understanding of scalable data pipelines and platform engineering principles.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional product, engineering, and client teams.
Familiarity with SonarQube, Mend, or similar code quality and security tools.
Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
Strong understanding of secure coding practices and vulnerability management.
Knowledge of software testing methodologies and automation frameworks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments and drive operational excellence.
