Role Description The Inside Sales Associate will engage with prospective customers over phone and digital channels to understand their real estate needs and recommend suitable services and solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads, explaining product features, and guiding customers through the property search and transaction process. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, following up on leads to drive conversions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South, requiring consistent presence in the office and adherence to defined sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify prospects and convert inquiries into paying customers.
Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to manage queries, resolve concerns, and build long-term relationships.
Candidates should possess Account Management skills to track customer interactions, follow up regularly, and support repeat business.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain services clearly and handle high-volume interactions.
Comfort with CRM tools, basic MS Office, and data entry for tracking leads and customer information.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment; prior experience in real estate or consumer services is an advantage.
Minimum educational qualification of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent; fluency in English and local languages (such as Kannada and Hindi) is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South, maintain professionalism, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
