Piramal Pharma Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Officer to drive sales of our pharmaceutical products within an assigned territory. This role involves building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and achieving sales targets.
Job Responsibilities**
* Promote and sell Piramal Pharma Limited's pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacies, and hospitals.
* Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
* Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
* Provide product information and clinical data to healthcare professionals.
* Organize and participate in product presentations, medical camps, and other promotional activities.
* Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and expense reports.
* Monitor stock levels and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
* Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
* Adhere to all company policies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market and product knowledge.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
