What makes this role Meaty?
1. Vendor & Purchase Management
Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of services.
Process Purchase Orders (POs), invoices, and payments in coordination with finance
Maintain and renew agreements and service contracts before expiry
Evaluate vendors for quality, cost efficiency, and reliability
Track vendor performance and ensure SLA compliance.
2. Facility & Maintenance Management
Oversee all facility operations, including housekeeping, security, and maintenance
Ensure all AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) are in place and serviced on time
Maintain office infrastructure and ensure timely resolution of technical issues
Conduct regular audits to ensure workplace hygiene, safety, and up keep
Maintain inventory of office supplies, consumables, and IT assets.
3. Employee Experience & Events
Support the planning and execution of employee engagement events, festivals, and celebrations.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding experience.
Manage travel and accommodation requirements for employees, optimizing cost and convenience
4. Process & Compliance
Maintain documentation and reports related to vendors, payments, and inventory
Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards
Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate records
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization
5. Reporting
Maintain monthly MIS reports related to admin operations, spends, and cost analysis
Track and share weekly and monthly dashboards with key highlights
We hope that you have...
A degree in BHM , Business Administration, Facility Management, or an equivalent field.
2–6 years of experience in office administration or workplace management.
Experience managing vendors, events, and facility operations in a fast-growing organization.
Preference for BHM graduates with prior experience as Restaurant Managers.
