About the Role
greytHR is looking for enthusiastic B.Com and MBA graduates to join our Sales and Product Support teams. This is a paid internship offering hands-on exposure to the SaaS/HR Tech industry.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Sales or Product Support team in day-to-day activities.
Sales: Lead generation, outbound calling, lead qualification, follow-ups, and customer engagement.
Product Support: Handle customer queries, assist with basic troubleshooting, and coordinate with internal teams.
Learn and understand greytHR's products and solutions.
Maintain accurate records and support team objectives.
Candidate Profile
B.Com / MBA graduates only.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, eager to learn, and customer-focused.
Interested in building a career in SaaS Sales, Product Support, or Customer Success.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
