Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
Role Overview
As Program Manager, you will own the connective tissue between product, engineering, and customer success — a rolling set of initiatives that each has its own owner, with you accountable for how they land together.
Key Responsibilities
Cross-Functional Program Delivery
Run a portfolio of product launches, migrations, and go-to-market initiatives in parallel
Build lightweight planning and tracking that a fast-moving team will actually use
Spot and resolve dependency clashes between product, engineering, and go-to-market
Operating Rhythm
Set the company's planning cadence, from roadmap reviews to launch retros
Give founders and functional leads a single, honest view of programme risk
Ideal Candidate Profile
6 to 11 years in program or project roles, ideally in early-stage SaaS
A track record of running multiple initiatives at once without formal authority
Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for pragmatic process over process for its own sake
Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
Preferred Qualifications
Experience as employee number one or two on a program-management function
Background in a product or engineering role before moving into delivery
Comfort with a partial US time-zone overlap
