About the Team
The Sales team at Redington is responsible for driving
business growth, market expansion, and partner success across a diverse
portfolio of technology products, solutions, and services. The team
collaborates with vendors, distributors, channel partners, retailers, and
internal stakeholders to strengthen market presence, increase customer reach,
and deliver sustainable business growth.
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking an experienced sales leader with a strong
track record in channel sales, business development, and distribution
management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent commercial acumen,
stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to lead large sales teams
while consistently delivering revenue growth and business objectives.
Your Role
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for
developing and executing regional sales strategies, driving revenue and
collection targets, expanding market share, and strengthening partner
relationships across the assigned territory. You will work closely with
vendors, channel partners, distributors, customers, and internal teams to
achieve business goals while ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Business Growth
Develop
and execute regional sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
Drive
achievement of revenue, profitability, market share, and collection
targets across the assigned region.
Identify
new business opportunities and develop plans to increase market
penetration and channel reach.
Analyze
market trends, customer requirements, and competitive activities to drive
business growth.
Collaborate
with business teams and vendors to implement growth initiatives, product
launches, and promotional programs.
Channel & Partner Management
Build
and maintain strong relationships with vendors, channel partners,
distributors, and key customers.
Drive
partner engagement, enablement, and business development initiatives.
Identify,
evaluate, and onboard new channel partners to expand market coverage.
Conduct
regular business reviews and joint planning sessions with key partners.
Resolve
escalated partner issues and ensure a high level of partner satisfaction.
Revenue, Collections & Credit Management
Drive
achievement of sales and collection targets across the region.
Monitor
receivables, overdue payments, and partner credit performance.
Collaborate
with finance and credit teams to manage business risks and improve cash
flow.
Support
decision-making related to partner credit limits and risk assessments.
Ensure
adherence to company policies and financial controls.
Inventory & Operations Management
Drive
effective demand planning and inventory management to support business
objectives.
Monitor
stock availability, inventory ageing, and liquidation initiatives.
Collaborate
with supply chain and business teams to ensure optimal stock allocation
and product availability.
Ensure
compliance with operational processes and governance standards.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead,
mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team across the region.
Define
goals, monitor performance, and provide coaching to drive team
effectiveness.
Conduct
regular business reviews and performance discussions with team members.
Foster
a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Drive
capability development through training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
You're the Right Fit If
You
hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a full-time MBA in Sales and
Marketing is preferred.
You
have 10–15 years of experience in sales, distribution, channel management,
or business development roles.
You
possess at least 6 years of experience in channel sales, enterprise sales,
or regional sales management.
You
have a strong understanding of sales, distribution, and channel management
processes.
You
possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management
skills.
You
have demonstrated success in leading large sales teams of 10–15 members or
more.
You
have strong market knowledge and commercial acumen within your industry
segment.
You
are willing to travel extensively across the assigned region.
