Lead - Workforce Management (Manpower Planning) | M05 | DPI South 2

We are looking for a Regional Workforce Manager (RWFM) to drive workforce planning and execution across the region, covering both Rider and Flexi workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Rider and Flexi hiring, availability, deployment and retention as per business requirement.
Identify manpower and operational gaps across stores/circles and drive root-cause based solutions.
Improve key delivery and workforce metrics through strong problem solving and data analysis.
Drive process improvement and automation to simplify workforce operations and improve productivity.
Improve rider productivity, workforce efficiency and overall delivery performance.
Manage and optimize workforce cost, incentives, payouts and productivity.
Work closely with Regional, Circle and Store Operations teams to close manpower and performance gaps.
Track key workforce KPIs, identify trends and take timely corrective actions.
Lead the regional workforce team and ensure strong execution of central workforce programs.
Candidate Profile
4–8 years of experience in Workforce Management, Last-Mile Operations, QSR, E-commerce, Logistics or large-scale operations.
Strong problem-solving, analytical and process-improvement mindset.
Good stakeholder and team management skills.
Comfortable working with large datasets and managing a fast-paced, multi-location operation.
