🎯 Experience Required
Minimum 3 years of proven Team Handling experience in Sales / Field Sales / Distribution / BFSI / FASTag / GPS or related industries.
📌 What You’ll Be Responsible For
* Lead, manage and motivate a field sales team
* Build and expand the team across the assigned territory
* Drive business growth for Commercial FASTag & GPS
* Own territory performance and achieve business targets
* Ensure strong field execution and team productivity
* Develop relationships across the local commercial ecosystem
* Candidates should be comfortable with frequent travel
* Strong understanding of the local territory and market dynamics is essential
