What Makes this Role Meaty?
Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors and creators to keep the project moving
Manage follow ups, approvals, agreements, invoices, dispatches and other project processes
Coordinate with agencies on creator activations and deliverables
Ideate and create social content before, during and after the launch
Shoot quick, engaging content on the go and spot moments that can become great social content
Help manage the content pipeline and keep the social story moving around the project
Be on ground during the live event and support both content creation and execution
Step in wherever needed to solve problems, close loops and get things done

Strong understanding of social media and what makes content work
Comfortable ideating, shooting and creating content independently
Comfortable working with creators, agencies, vendors and multiple stakeholders
Someone who can manage multiple moving pieces without losing the plot
