The position demands continuous evaluation and refinement of architectural strategies to align with evolving business needs and technological advancements, fostering innovation and robust system design throughout the project lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead architectural reviews and ensure alignment with organizational standards and best practices.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
Strong knowledge of platform architecture principles and best practices.
Experience in designing scalable and high-performance technology solutions.
Ability to integrate diverse systems and technologies within complex environments.
Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving architectural challenges effectively.
Excellent understanding of cloud technologies and their application in architecture design.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
