Job Description Summary
This role builds and supports production workflows and low-code applications using automation tools such as UI Path, CoPilot Studio and Microsoft Power Platform. You will deliver automation that reduces manual effort in Middle Office operations and provide L2 support for live solutions.

Who we are looking for
A hands-on builder with experience designing workflows and lightweight apps, strong troubleshooting skills, and a production mindset. You can work with Operations SMEs to translate requirements into reliable automations with clear runbooks and evidence.

What you will be responsible for
As Officer you will
Build and maintain as UI Path, CoPilot Studio, Power Automate flows and Power Apps aligned to operational requirements and control expectations.
Implement robust error handling, retries, logging, and clear exception routing to Operations.
Support testing and transition: participate in UAT, cutover, and post go-live stabilisation.
Provide L2 support: investigate failed runs, resolve configuration issues, and implement break-fix changes under change control.
Produce and maintain runbooks, SOP updates, and evidence packs supporting audits and control testing.
Identify recurring failure patterns and propose improvements to reduce operational noise and support load.
Work closely with Governance/Release lead to ensure solutions follow standards and lifecycle requirements.

Continuous Improvement
Suggest enhancements to improve throughput, reduce touchpoints, and increase straight-through processing where possible.
Contribute reusable templates/components to speed up delivery across use cases.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail; comfortable troubleshooting in production.
Understanding of operational controls and the importance of auditability and documentation.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills; able to explain issues and solutions clearly to operations users.
Experience with data concepts (files, APIs, databases) and basic query/analysis skills is advantageous.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
6+ years of professional experience in operations automation, low-code development, or relevant technology roles.
Experience in financial services operations or similar regulated environments preferred.
Degree in technology, engineering, finance, business or equivalent relevant industry experience.
