Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the overall testing framework by integrating advanced tools and methodologies that ensure higher accuracy and integrity. The position requires driving innovation in testing strategies, fostering predictive and intelligent automation solutions, and continuously improving the end-to-end quality control mechanisms to support project goals and deliverables.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Lead efforts to identify opportunities for automation and implement innovative testing solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of quality objectives and testing strategies.
Mentor junior team members to build their skills and support their professional growth.
Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools relevant to quality engineering.
Experience in designing and implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
Ability to analyze complex systems and develop predictive testing models.
Familiarity with scripting languages and automation best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative testing solutions.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
