Roles & Responsibilities
Develop PC-based Test Jig software using NI LabVIEW.
Design and implement automated production test sequences.
Interface with embedded devices over UART/Serial communication.
Integrate with existing communication protocols (UART/Serial) to acquire device measurements and configuration data.
Communicate with the Test Jig MCU to control relays, LEDs, Modbus interfaces, and other hardware peripherals.
Compare measured values with expected limits and generate Pass/Fail results.
Develop intuitive GUI screens for production operators.
Generate and store production test reports and logs.
Work closely with embedded firmware and hardware teams during integration and debugging.
Required Skills
Programming Environment / Language
NI LabVIEW (Mandatory)
Strong experience in NI LabVIEW application development.
Experience with Serial (UART/RS232/RS485) communication.
Experience in test automation or production test systems.
Good understanding of embedded systems and hardware interfaces.
Experience with data logging and report generation.
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
