Role Description The Deputy Manager role at Halonix Technologies Pvt. Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Bilaspur. The Deputy Manager will support planning and execution of operational and business initiatives, coordinate cross-functional activities, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the assigned department. Responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, preparing reports and presentations for leadership, and identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The role involves supervising and guiding team members, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet project timelines and business objectives. The Deputy Manager will also contribute to strategic decision-making by providing data-driven insights and supporting implementation of new products, services, or operational practices.
Qualifications
Strong operational and project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple initiatives.
Experience in team leadership and people management, including mentoring, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and use of productivity tools (e.g., MS Excel, PowerPoint, ERP or CRM systems).
Solid communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Understanding of manufacturing, electrical, consumer durables, or related industry operations is highly beneficial.
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on process improvement and customer satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Bilaspur, with readiness to engage in hands-on operational oversight and stakeholder interaction.
