Eligibility Criteria:
⦁ 0 – 30 days Notice Period (Immediate Joiners) Preferred
⦁ Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
⦁ Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts stream- B.Com, M.Com or similar
⦁ Should be flexible with night shifts & rotational shifts
⦁ Candidates must have a registered EP ID
Things To Carry:
⦁ Candidates must carry a copy of their updated resume
⦁ It is mandatory to submit a valid copy of TCS application form during the drive
⦁ Please carry 2 Photocopies of original Aadhar or PAN card

Must Have Skills:
5+ years of experience in F&A - GL activities .
Review of Close functions, Balance Sheet analysis, complex Journals e.g. Revenue Recognition, Reporting, Dashboards, Open items resolution, Month Close meetings with Retained team, Training team members, daily reporting, continuous improvement.
Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
Interaction with the client - Governance calls.
SLA adherence.
Functional working experience in ERPs like Oracle preferred.
Good to Have:
Expertise in Core Accounting like Balance sheet, Month close, tech, tools.
Complex Accounting.
Project Exp on Process Improvements.
Excellent communication skills.
MS Office skills.
Job Responsibility:
