Key Responsibilities
Provide real-time system monitoring for Razorpay’s top merchants and enterprise-wide transactions, with immediate stakeholder alerts during performance issues
Transform merchant key metrics into actionable business intelligence through comprehensive data analysis
Execute timely communication to stakeholders during system incidents or data anomalies
Build and maintain interactive dashboards for internal performance tracking and metric visualization
Identify meaningful patterns, trends, and inferences through data analytics
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues and implement improvements
Mandatory Qualifications
Proven ability to manage and interpret large-scale datasets
Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools and data manipulation techniques (Tableau, looker, SQL, Power BI etc)
Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis
Strong communication skills
Ability to work 24/7 in shifts
