Team Member - Value Management

Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to be part of Actuarial Analytics function with the vision of helping company build a quality portfolio. This will involve activities spanning gathering data, finding insights, sharing cost-saving recommendations with the management and monitoring impact of the actionables. The role will also support pricing and valuations function in framing assumptions for the future basis portfolio trends and industry benchmarking.

Fraud identification modelling
Deal specific insights (Group) for large deals on benefits, disease, and provider misuse
Plan vs actual analytics and suggesting timely and practical interventions to minimize unwanted deviance
Forecasting
Feeding insights into pricing to ensure profitability
Need to stay updated on the industry trends and time to time change in the regulations and code of conduct values
Self-grooming and learning is a journey and hence needs to undergo training, webinars, as well as undergo professional courses to grow and excel
Encourage Team/nominate them to undergo necessary training programs to perform their work effectively as well as excel
